All Your Freedoms, All the Time!

My name is Shaun McInnish, and I am running as a Libertarian for Pelahatchie Ward 1 Alderman because I believe our town deserves leadership that values individual freedom, responsible government, and true representation of the people—not just career politicians or party insiders. As a longtime resident, a working-class professional, and an advocate for transparent and accountable government, I want to bring a fresh perspective to our Board of Aldermen.

Libertarians believe in small government, lower taxes, and ensuring that decisions are made at the most local level possible—by the people directly affected. That’s the kind of leadership I want to bring to Pelahatchie. Our town has the potential to grow and prosper, but that can only happen when government gets out of the way and allows businesses, families, and individuals to thrive without excessive interference. As your alderman, I will fight to keep taxes low, ensure that spending is transparent, and work to empower local businesses rather than burden them with unnecessary regulations.

I am proud to run under the Libertarian banner because our party stands for real change—not just the same old broken system.
